Basil (Sweet) Essential Oil
Basil Oil is praised for its sweet yet minty fragrance. It's used in soaps, perfumes and dental products as a fragrance additive. It has carminative properties which aid with flatulence, cramps and other digestive problems. This oil also can relieve stress and is popular in aromatherapy due its alleviating affect on the mind; Simply add a few drops into your diffuser and allow it to work. Basil oil can also be used as an insect repellent against flies and mosquitoes.
Blends well with:
Bergamot, Lavender, Cypress, Geranium, Helichrysum, Peppermint, Lemongrass, Marjoram, Cedarwood, Clary Sage, Ginger, Grapefruit, Lemon.
Keep out of reach of children. Dilute Before Use. Do not apply to to broken or irritated skin. Discontinue use of the oil if any adverse reactions occur, including, swelling, rash, or skin sensitivity.
