Eucalyptus Essential Oil
Eucalyptus essential oil has a penetrating, camphoraceous, woody-sweet scent that has been used for medicinal purposes since as early as 1788. This is due to its ability to aid respiratory problems and act as a decongestent. This oil is a must have for colds due to its invigorating properties that encourages the body to expel excess mucus as well as its relaxing qualities that can help soothe hypertension. It can be inhaled, or applied topically via a carrier oil.
Eucalyptus oil can be used as an insecticide as well; Burning this oil outdoors or wearing it on your skin will help to keep away mosquitos and other pests.
Blends well with: lemon, grapefruit, peppermint, lavender, ginger, pine, and cedar oils.
Keep out of reach of children. Dilute Before Use. Do not apply to to broken or irritated skin. Discontinue use of the oil if any adverse reactions occur, including, swelling, rash, or skin sensitivity.
