Birch Essential Oil
Birch oil has a very similar composition to wintergreen oil giving it a similar minty scent. Due to the similar composition, this oil is good for supporting the muscular and joint systems of the body due to it naturally containing methyl salicylate which is a compound commonly used to treat aching joints. Like wintergreen oil, birch oil must be heavily diluted before use. When diluted, it is extremely effective at treating acne as well because of its drying properties that balance oily skin.
Birch oil pairs well with oregano, mints, thyme, ylang ylang, frankincense, and vanilla oil.
Keep out of reach of children. Dilute Before Use. Do not apply to to broken or irritated skin. Discontinue use of the oil if any adverse reactions occur, including, swelling, rash, or skin sensitivity.
